This iconic venue features state-of-the-art conference facilities and an impressive exhibition foyer, offering panoramic views over the surrounding area. is located in the heart of the country, within walking distance of the NEC train station, and just minutes from Birmingham Airport.
This fantastic venue offers huge scope to enrich this year’s event, which will feature parallel sessions and interactive workshops for the first time. We were also highly impressed by the Vox’s commitment to sustainability.

The Vox is located within Resorts World, which is adjacent to Birmingham International train station and only 70 minutes by train from London or 10 minutes by train from Birmingham New Street station.
Resorts World is less than a ten-minute walk from Birmingham International train station. Just follow the Resorts World signs on arrival.

The Vox is located within Resorts World next to Birmingham’s NEC, which is clearly signposted from all motorways and major routes, including the M42, M40 & M6.
The Vox has its own dedicated car park and offers free parking for SBS delegates. The Vox car park is signposted clearly on your approach to Resorts World.

The Vox is located at Resorts World and is just a short distance from Birmingham International Airport. If travelling by air to Birmingham Airport, jump on the free and fast Air-Rail Link to Birmingham International train station.
The Air-Rail Link runs every 2 minutes and takes just 90 seconds to reach Birmingham International train station.
When you arrive, follow the signs to Resorts World and you’ll reach the Vox within a matter of minutes on foot.

We’re excited to have you join us, and we want to make sure you have a smooth journey to the venue. Therefore, below is some information you will need to help you find the Vox , whether you’re coming by car, public transport, or on foot. We understand that finding your way to a new location can be stressful, so we’ve put together some clear directions and helpful tips to make your trip as easy as possible:
- When you arrive at Resorts World Birmingham, you will find yourself in a shopping and entertainment complex.
- Once you arrive at the station, exit and look for signs directing you to Resorts World Birmingham. Follow these signs.
- To reach the Vox Conference Centre, walk straight ahead past the shops and restaurants. You’ll see signs pointing you towards the conference centre.
- Take the first escalator that leads to a cinema and other entertainment options.
- You will see another set of escalators ahead of you. Take these escalators up to the first floor.
- At the top of the escalators, turn right and walk straight ahead. You’ll see a sign pointing you towards the Vox Conference Centre.
- As you approach the conference centre, you’ll see a large glass entrance with the Vox Conference Centre logo above it. Walk through the entrance and you’ll arrive at the conference centre’s reception area.
